Oddly enough, the electronic is comprised of 4 cards gathered by straps :
1 for the display with its own chips (top),
1 for the batteries,
1 for the keyboard,
1 for the main and memory chips.
More amazing, the electrical insulator between the keyboard card and main card is...
a Chinese sheet of paper!
